If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may contact us to request a return, exchange, or refund, subject to the conditions below.

For hygiene reasons, front-clip bras must be returned unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition. Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered may not be eligible for a return or refund.

Please contact us before sending your item back so we can provide the correct return instructions.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund or exchange has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item so we can assist you.
